NYC Paid Safe & Sick Leave
NYC employers must provide paid or unpaid sick and safe leave to employees. The amount required depends on the size of the employer. Leave accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to the annual cap. Covers all employees — full-time, part-time, temporary, and per-diem.
